We are up to Unit 4, week 4 in our Treasures collection. The main selection for this week is
Zathura, by Chris Van Allsburg. The reading skill to practice this week is gathering evidence that points you towards the conclusion of the story. The grammar skill for the week is the use of possessive pronouns. Remember that you owe me a revised and edited copy of your Sign of the Beaver comparison piece that you turned at the beginning of this quarter. Please be sure to have a peer or parent edit your work. Make sure that your concluding paragraph wraps up your piece!
