Wright Language Arts Week of March 3rd

We return to Treasures for reading this week.  The section we cover will be "Talking in Codes", pages 351-375.  Our grammar topic for the week is working with irregular verbs, verbs like "write" which can't be turned into past tense by adding "-ed".  The reading skill for the week is using context clues to give us an idea of the author's perspective.  **Don't forget that your 5 paragraph comparison essay for Sign of the Beaver is due this Friday, March 7th!**
